1. Overview

By accessing or using the Elsewhere Collective website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Retreat Bookings

All retreat bookings are subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry or booking form does not guarantee a spot. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Elsewhere Collective and full payment has been received.

3. Payments & No Refund Policy

All payments made towards Elsewhere Collective retreats are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued for any reason — including cancellations, schedule changes, early departures, no-shows, or personal emergencies.

Spot transfers to another person may be possible with prior written approval. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during retreats. Elsewhere Collective and its facilitators are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to consult with a medical professional before attending if they have any health concerns.

5. Conduct

We ask all participants to maintain a respectful, mindful, and considerate environment. Elsewhere Collective reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others — without refund.

6. Photography & Media

By attending an Elsewhere Collective retreat, you grant permission for any photographs or videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the retreat begins.

7. Changes to Retreats

Elsewhere Collective reserves the right to modify retreat schedules, activities, venues, or facilitators due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, venue issues, safety concerns, etc.). In the unlikely event that a retreat is cancelled entirely by Elsewhere Collective, participants will be offered a credit towards a future retreat or a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Elsewhere Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elsewhere Collective shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our retreats. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific retreat in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
